This class is all about learning to connect your breath with the whole body. You'll follow the rhythm of your breath as you transition fluidly from pose to pose, with some opportunities to truly land and explore each posture. With consistency, this practice will develop deep focus and strength.

Join us in setting the tone for your day! This class will stretch, strengthen and flow from pose to pose--with offerings for newcomers and regular practitioners alike. Together we will navigate the journey toward more challenging poses such as inversions, arm balances and standing balances. Always seeking equilibrium, we will end with pranayama (breath practice) and deep-relaxation. Hands-on adjustments lovingly offered.
